TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PREAMBLE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern all commercial transactions carried out on the website Lumea-clean.com (the "Site"), published and operated by RZZK CONSULTING LTD.
Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the customer (the "Customer").
The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date of the order.
ARTICLE 1 — SELLER IDENTIFICATION

ARTICLE 2 — PURPOSE
The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by RZZK CONSULTING LTD to the Customer via the Lumea-clean.com website.
The products offered for sale are ordinary physical consumer products, not subject to specific regulation.
ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCTS
The essential characteristics of the products, as well as their price, are presented on the product pages of the Site. Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and shall not engage the seller's liability in the event of a minor difference from the product delivered.
Products are offered subject to available stock. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and may obtain a full refund of the amounts paid.
ARTICLE 4 — ORDERS
The Customer places an order directly on the Site by following the online ordering process.
The order is only definitively confirmed once payment has been confirmed by the relevant bank or payment provider. A confirmation email summarizing the essential details of the order will be sent to the Customer at the email address provided when placing the order.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud, payment difficulties, or any other legitimate reason.
ARTICLE 5 — PRICE
Product prices are shown on the Site in the currency displayed to the Customer (generally in US dollars, euros, or another currency depending on the geographic area and Site configuration).
Prices shown do not include any shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, or any other charges that may apply in the destination country, which remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 6 — PAYMENT
Payment is made online at the time the order is confirmed, using one of the following methods:
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
PayPal
Apple Pay
Transactions are secured by the payment providers used by the Site. The seller has no access to any of the Customer's banking data and retains no payment information.
The order will only be processed once payment has been effectively received.
ARTICLE 7 — DELIVERY
The Site ships internationally. Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
The estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from confirmation of the order. This timeframe is provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, customs conditions, or any event beyond the seller's control.
Shipping costs are shown to the Customer before final confirmation of the order, on the payment page.
Where delivery is made to a country that imposes customs duties, import taxes, or any other administrative formalities, these costs remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the Customer at the moment when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the products.

ARTICLE 8 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
In the event of dissatisfaction, or if a product is damaged, defective, or does not conform to the order, the Customer is invited to contact customer service at therapieposturepro@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving the product, specifying the order number and the nature of the issue encountered.
Customer service will review each request on a case-by-case basis and propose an appropriate solution (refund, exchange, store credit, or replacement product), without this constituting an automatic right for the Customer beyond the applicable statutory guarantees.
Any return costs are the Customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the seller, notably in the case of a product that is defective or incorrect due to the seller's fault.
ARTICLE 9 — WARRANTIES
Products sold on the Site benefit from the statutory warranties applicable in the seller's jurisdiction, namely English law, as well as any mandatory warranty applicable to the Customer due to their place of residence.
The seller cannot be held liable for misuse of the product by the Customer, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from an event of force majeure.
ARTICLE 10 — LIABILITY
The seller's liability cannot be engaged for any indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible harm resulting from the use of the products or the Site.
In any event, should the seller's liability be engaged, it shall be strictly limited to the amount of the order concerned.
The seller cannot be held liable for the non-performance or delayed performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure, as defined by applicable case law, including in particular: natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflicts, strikes, disruptions to transport or telecommunications, or failure by carriers or payment providers.
ARTICLE 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Lumea-clean.com Site, including text, images, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, graphics, and source code, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site's elements, by any means whatsoever, without the seller's express prior authorization, is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement liable to engage the civil and criminal liability of its author.
ARTICLE 12 — PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected by the seller in connection with the use of the Site and the processing of orders (first name, last name, postal address, email address, phone number, transaction data) is necessary for the performance of the sales contract, delivery of the products, after-sales service, and compliance with the seller's legal obligations.
This data is processed confidentially and is only shared with providers involved in processing the order (carriers, payment providers, Site host).
Data is retained for as long as necessary to perform the contract and comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.

ARTICLE 13 — FORCE MAJEURE

Should any provision of these Terms be declared void or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall be deemed unwritten, without thereby rendering these Terms void or affecting the validity of the other provisions.
ARTICLE 15 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by English law.
Any dispute relating to the formation, interpretation, performance, or termination of the sales contract concluded on the Site shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable to the Customer due to their place of residence.

ARTICLE 16 — CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order on the Lumea-clean.com Site constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the Privacy Policy and any other notice appearing on the Site.
